The poet León Felipe

Description

The universal poet that was born in Tábara (Zamora, 1884) and died in Mexico City (1968). Felipe Camino Galicia ran a Pharmacy in Balmaseda between 1916 and 1918, at which time he composed one of his first poems %22Soneto a Valmaseda%22.
On the occasion of the centenary of his stay in Balmaseda, in 2018, a bust and a square were dedicated to him in front of the house where the Pharmacy was located.
